For educational institutions

A Europass Mobility document contains information about international exchanges, work placements abroad or practical vocational training. A Europass Mobility may be requested for work placements or practical vocational training in one of the European Union member states.

If the foreign practical vocational training is organised via Leonardo da Vinci, Europass Mobility is mandatory. The educational institution’s “international” co-ordinators will be given information about this.

If the practical vocational training is not organised via Leonardo, the participant can apply for a Europass Mobility from the NEC via this web site. Important: you as an educational institution must officially specify the information in the Europass Mobility because as a recognised educational institution and home organisation you are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the information in the Europass Mobility. The document is only valid once your institution has approved the information. Contact the NEC for more information on the Europass Mobility.
