The Europass Diploma Supplement is a standard description of the content, level and progress of a candidate’s studies at higher vocational (HBO) or university level. The Diploma Supplement is awarded by the college or university at the same time as the diploma or degree and has therefore been validated by the educational institution.

The Europass Diploma Supplement is not a substitute for the qualification but complements it. It translates the qualification into comparable terms at a European level and cites the title of the award, the duration of study and the number of credit points. This makes it easier for you as employers to assess the value of the qualification.
